Do you charge for initial site inspections and quotes?
No, all our initial site visits and quotes are completely free and come with no obligations. We believe in providing honest advice first, so you understand the condition of your timber before making any decisions.
How quickly can you come out to inspect my deck?
We typically aim to arrange a site visit within 2 to 3 days of your enquiry. If you are able to attach clear photos of your deck to the contact form above, we can often provide a rough estimate and next steps even faster.
I live outside the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. Will you still take my project?
Absolutely. While those are our core local areas, our team regularly travels across all Sydney suburbs. For larger or more complex restoration and building projects, we are always happy to travel outside our standard zones. Just send us your details, and we’ll confirm.
Do you handle structural repairs, or do I need to hire a separate carpenter?
We are a full-cycle timber deck company. From replacing rotted joists and building new subframes to the final multi-stage sanding and oiling, our team handles the entire process. You only deal with us from start to finish.
