Saba and his team did a great job completely replacing our old and rotting deck. We were under a lot of time pressure to get the job done and Saba stuck to his word of getting everything finished for us despite weather delays. We are thrilled with the new golden deck and really grateful for all their hard work.

It is hard to know where to start. Saba and his team are outstanding for service, quality, attention to detail, cooperativeness, courtesy, communication and customer satisfaction. He had his dad working with him on our job and both are skilled carpenters, and demonstrated their knowledge, insights, capability and proficiency. Nothing was too hard for them and I was left in no doubt about their honesty and integrity. We were really pleased to have got to know them and to have had them on site. 100% we would without hesitation recommend them.

DeckCare team did an outstanding job bringing our spotted gum deck back to life. It had gone grey and blotchy but the after photos speak for themselves.. The colour is deep and even across every board and the grain is popping again. What really stood out was the attention to detail in the fiddly parts: the built-in bench seat, the planter box surround and the wraparound steps all came up just as well as the open decking. Communication was easy from the first quote, the team turned up when they said they would, worked cleanly and left the place tidy. Highly DeckCare to anyone thinking their deck is past saving ours clearly wasn't. Thanks again for the great work.

We cannot believe the transformation of our timber deck. From drab with too many coatings over the years to beautifully restored by Deck Care. We can now clearly see the grain in the timber. I rarely write reviews, but Deck Care and their principal Saba absolutely earned one. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. I'm a detail-oriented person, and I came in with a lot of questions about the process, its interaction with the weather and our tricky scheduling requests. Saba answered every single one clearly, patiently, and promptly. Deck Care were incredibly tidy. The work area was kept clean throughout, and when they were done, you'd never have known they'd been there — except for the stunning deck they left behind. Saba and his team did a truly excellent job of rebuilding our old deck. He used top-quality merbau fixed with countersunk stainless steel screws. He even pre-washed the timber to remove tannins before applying the final stain and oil. I thoroughly recommend Deck Care for their professional approach and attention to detail.
